Shipping Hazardous Materials Safely

Hazardous Materials Shipping is highly regulated by the US Department of Transportation.  (US DOT).  AC is your compliance partner because we are certified to provide ground transportation for hazardous materials. We are certified by the Pipeline Hazardous Materials Safety Administration (PHMSA) and safety rated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Association (FMCSA). We are also a Certified Partner with the Department of Homeland Security Department under the Customs and Border Patrol’s C-TPAT program. We also protect our customers goods and supply chains through membership and process auditing through the International Supply Chain Protection Organization (ISCPO).

Our Hazmat logistics program has an OSHA-compliant documented biohazard Exposure Control Plan, is TSA Certified, and fully HIPAA compliant. Unfortunately, AC will not accept all classes of materials for hazardous materials shipping. Due to insurance regulations and concern for our customers goods and employees’ safety, we will not accept Class 1 hazardous materials of any kind. Please note this important service exception below.
